About Mrs. Branch

My adventure into education began when I attended college in Maryland and completed my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education.  

This is my collegiate mascot.  Can you find out which University this is in Maryland?

After completion I taught a year of fifth grade and then fell into a position in kindergarten.  I fell in love with this age level and went back to get my Masters Degree from ODU in Early Childhood. 

I spent my first seven years teaching in Southampton County during which I trained as a Reading Recovery Teacher. 

 Then I came to Isle of Wight and taught 7 years of kindergarten at Hardy Elementary.  I also spent time as Lead Teacher at CAES before I returned to kindergarten. This is the start of my 24th  wonderful year in education. This year I begin a new chapter in my career in education as an Instructional Coach!!
